We intend the plen air, (tourism outside) exactly as Edmond Manet it intended him/it in his/her famous work "breakfast on the grass", that we honor there to propose here. For us the plen air, means the liberty to stretch the cover on the lawn; to the shade, to the sun, eating, playing..., it doesn't care, and also to turn on a barbecue for of the perfumed and intoxicating grigliates, gives also the difficulty to find fit spaces of green for the whole coastal hinterland, from the Coast of the Conero up to the hinterland of Senigallia; for this we have individualized in the park different green areas, that we make of our clients available, areas equipped of chairs and tables, or of only lawn or areas in which the barbecue can be used, as that our clients are free to enjoy want.

It is also certainly for this way of ours to conceive the plein air that the authoritative magazine "Plein Air" you/he/she has attributed us 115 points which stings standstill plein air of quality, in practice the second best score to national level.
But our activity doesn't want to turn to the only tourism itinerante proposing a point it stops plein air of quality, but to everybody. AREA PLEIN AIR 1

This is not the photo of a Polynesian beach, but it resembles a lot; in to realize this angle of the park we confess to be inspires of it; The white beach is to the right some photo, realized with gravel of river washed it constitutes a magnificent natural solarium for our kind guests, ideal for their tan; For the trees, instead of the Polynesian palms, we have the heavens typical shade tree of our territory, that we have succeeded in saving from the stripping for the realization of the swimming pools and the underlying manufactured article in our case. Their presence shades for the whole day the underlying lawn in the opposite part to the swimming pools, on which her "breakfast" the Manet has used not on the grass but on the tables surrounded by comfortable armchairs of resin. In the part exposed to the sun we have put two swimming pools, surrounded by a flooring in old bricks secular facts to hand, that we have defined in a special plate "Aia Di the Third Millennium", in reference to the new function assigned to the threshing floor, private of that original of base for the threshing of once. In the North side of the area (in front of the camper in the photo) there is one cultivation of ours of wild fruit trees that you/they produce their wild fruits in July, of the kinds of spherical plums of 2 cms of diameter, of yellow, red or black color. They are the famous ones "streppi" that the agriculturists of once they preserved for grafting us some trees from fruit to the first occasion, our streppis I am drupacei (it yields only with a seed) and already in one we have had the occasion to graft with success the ancient one I fish plum tree or the hairy plum tree.

AREA PLEIN AIR 3

Lawn area of 300 mqs, that has from a side the brook "ditch Malviano", from the other the hedge of currant, shaded by elms and poplars, next to the inside source to the park, he breathes fresh air with the foundation served as the rustle of the running water.

AREA PLEIN AIR 4

Lawn area of 500 mqs, in the proximities of the lake, totally fenced, and surrounded by courses of water with an unusual entry constituted by a Tibetan bridge for alone pedestrians; Ideal area for the games of his/her/their children, because easily controllable, as dam and endowed with that only narrow access.

AREA PLEIN AIR 5

the lake

Fundamental attraction of the park is its lake, with its waters of green sources as the color of its banks, with its 50 year-old poplars, that form from a side a magnificent shaded avenue. The whole area is of around a hectare, he/she understands the inside banks of the lake, on which you/he/she can be been to the shade, or to tan to the sun, to fish, or to let his/her children to play.

AREA PLEIN AIR 6

Between the lake and the brook "Ditch Malviano" there is a green area of 800 enough hidden and reserved mqs, proper for a plen party air, or you fine family. The area is delimited by a side by the brook, and from the other from the spallone of the lake and you/he/she is always shaded.
